Physical products (books and printed items)
If you're not happy with your order, you may return unused physical items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition. Please contact us at [your email] before returning anything, and we'll guide you through the process. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days with a photo, and we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital products (downloadable packs)
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, these are non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If you experience any problems downloading your file, please contact us and we'll be glad to help.
